Uhm... Watch the Japanese trailers and you'll know of it somewhat. To be more precise, the third trailer. 

Are you talking about the overarching plot? Like how AA3 was about connecting the past events with the final case?

I'm pissed off that they only announce this with one month of advance. Cmon... i already had my purchases for the rest of the year planned and here comes capcom doing as they please... sigh!
I was expecting this to only come out next year. Yeah its good its coming now, but i dont like the last minute notice.

They have said a bunch of times it'll release this fall.

I was expecting December at best. Pretty much the same situation with the new 3DS zelda and Bravely default. All games that are supposed to release this year sometime somewhen, your guess is as good as mine.
