Though, that's from EDGE magazine, so it's technically not a dupe.  But, either way, I'd say it's pretty likely that the PS4 has these advantages. Too many sources saying something similar. I just don't understand why it has to keep being brought up (not to you, Basil, I mean these different articles with the same conclusion).

Yes, same basic info from another source.  So, technically not the same.  Sorry!

so multiplatform games will be identical between both platform, regardless of which console is more powerful.

BasilZero, are you ready for the punishment you'll have to endure for posting this thread? I hope so.

There is a clear power difference between the PS4 and Xbone, to deny it would be foolish. I mean the specs are higher on 1 of those 2 for a reason lol. It's like people saying well the specs of the PS4 being higher than the PS3 mean nothing! It's just stupid to even try to claim such a thing. However small or big the difference, there is a difference.

Not seeing this different with launch titles means little, as launch titles are almost always rushed. Wait a year, or 3 months if you've noticed just how much better Infamous SS looks and you'll have your answer.

I'll allow it.

Platform parity + time constraints. I'm not a huge fan of this, because I grew up in the eras where multiplatform titles were not always the same (16/32-bit generations, for example). However, I understand this is a different age, but that's the cost to pay.

Neither do I but at least equality in multiplatform games should decrease fanboy wars in regard to performance.  To be honest, I'm getting used to the idea of platform parity especially when my console of choice were getting worst version despite being more powerful so equal o better version next gen is still a huge win for me.

Why are you posting then or are you just lying here? Your post contradicts your so called annyonace. So which is it?
