what people seem to not realise is the amount of 1st party games being sold when they are relatively cheap compared to MS and Sony productions :-/

Sounds like a very low number to me. In comparison, what has PS3 or X360 sotware sold? Probably +20 million.

More than that.

3DS has a low installbase here. 6.47 million isn't quite bad. What is troubling is that like near 5 million of that is Nintendo software. The top 10 alone is nearly 4 million.

Big difference between a 2-year-old console and those two. Nonetheless, 3DS is on its way up, PS3 and 360 are on their way down.
