I buy mainly on shop.co.uk because they Deliver here. In brazil i use housegames

They already charged my credit card, but I will try to solve this on the phone tomorrow morning before work. I will let you guys know what happens. Thanks for all the advice and here is mine: NEVER buy at the brazilian Sony Online Store.

Call the credit card company and ask then to cancell the debit. Or ask sony to reimburse or give you credit, even if you wanted R3 they are obligated to cancel the order if you ask.

I have no proof that I bought BEYOND, only the fact that I paid the exact price they were asking for it on the site. I will try to talk to SONY again tomorrow morning. Cannot cancel the debit with the credit company because it was already charged, in Brazil that could be considered fraud. I will try again tomorrow and if they insist in fucking me, I will simply never buy a product from them ever again.

I have done it several times when charged wrong. If you already paid the bill they will discount your next bill. Or sony could be nicer and inform the credit card company about the refund. And as i said, even if you had bought the R3 as it shows in the receipt they would have to cancel if asked.

Man, they could just send me BEYOND TWO SOULS, the game I bought, that would be really nice. I am so pissed right now, cannot believe they made such a thing. I will try to sort this out tomorrow morning.

Glad it got resolved. I find Sony customer service to be very helpful and nice.

A while back on the NA Playstation Store, on Sony's free-to-play section had a Rayman HD game so I downloaded it since it was "free" and a full game. But instead it automatically took my money out of my PS wallet and charged me for the game! I was upset as I really didnt want to buy the game but willing to download it cause it was "free". Within the hour I contacted Sony and told them the whole story and within that time, that Rayman game was no longer on the free-to-play section and Sony gave me back my money; while still getting to keep the game for free. I thought that was pretty cool of them.
