Glad it got resolved. I find Sony customer service to be very helpful and nice.
A while back on the NA Playstation Store, on Sony's free-to-play section had a Rayman HD game so I downloaded it since it was "free" and a full game. But instead it automatically took my money out of my PS wallet and charged me for the game! I was upset as I really didnt want to buy the game but willing to download it cause it was "free". Within the hour I contacted Sony and told them the whole story and within that time, that Rayman game was no longer on the free-to-play section and Sony gave me back my money; while still getting to keep the game for free. I thought that was pretty cool of them.
