This article needs about 90% more editing. It reads awful.

It's also probably not a rumor, since the figure seems to be from their fiscal report.

Amen.  It reads like its written by some kid who likes playing games but doesnt understand financials... likely because it is written by some kid who likes playing games but doesnt understand financials.

Does EVERY game related news item have to have Rumour in the title now as a way of adding drama?

the writer is 20 :P

And that is why Deep Down and Dead Rising is exclusives, they need to split the bill

As long as I can still play Ace Attorney and Monster Hunter I really don't care what happens to Capcom, I don't care about their other franchises.

but kids aren't 20 XD

holy shit, it's confirmed?

Around the Network

As of 30th June 2013 they had $280 million in the bank ( http://www.capcom.co.jp/ir/english/data/pdf/result/2013/1st/result_2013_1st_01.pdf )

So if true they have lost $130 million in just over 2 months and that is THQ bad.

as much as i dislike this DLC bullshitm I'd be really sad if Capcom went broke D:

damn! but I really don't feel sorry for them...this is what happens when you nickel and dime people on DLC and unnecessary re-releases.

Why are people saying "holy shit its true" as if they know what it means in the context of the business.

Why do people think cash of $150m is bad?

Because it's $130 million less than 2 months ago.

Personally, I was deceived by the article.

Well, I'm glad you gave us better information about the topic.
