Forums - General - Breaking Bad: Peeved Fan Sues Apple Over Season Pass

I mean, it is bullshit that Apple has attempted get around giving season pass buyers access to the entire season by changing the name of season 5.2 to "the final season". Had I bought a season pass for a season of a show and all of the sudden the season got split into two and I had to pay twice, I'd be pissed as well.

I hope Apple gives those affected a credit on their account. Unless these people just didn't read the fine print and Apple provided themselves a loophole?

Yea like the Human Centipede episode on southpark.

There would be some 100 page legal document that you just scroll down and put "i agree"

Haha classic episode!

Never, ever underestimate Apple.  Of course, the solution here is don't buy TV episodes from iTunes.  I know it, but apparently not everyone does.

It's the same on Xbox it's bullshit for real. It's false advertisement.

You know, I'd think the blame falls more in line with AMC than apple.

But still with apple because it is their store.

Edit: If it's this way on xbox. It's definetely AMC's doing. M$ and Apple should be mindful of their stores though.

bad move for apple (and ms). people need to have faith they will get what they pay for from any store, loose that and loose customers to another "store" . One of the reasons i dont mind buying digital stuff from amazon is that they have always settled problems well (as far as i know) and tend to do the right thing so their customers are happy

Funny that they try to call it "Final Season" when it is in fact "Season 5".

That's some shady shit right there.

Well season five is the final season is it not?  seems every episode i've been watching this season has written "the final episodes" or something as a subtitle to breaking bad.

Indeed, it is. Still a very shady move on their part though as they are one and the same.
