If the kid is active, a skateboard might be cool. I got a skateboard when I was young for a gift, i thought it was super cool, used it errday till it got stolen :'(

The middle light strobes red for anywhere between 15 seconds to a minute, all the while playing the most stressful music ever concieved. When It turns green, last one to press the button on their controller gets shocked. Its a mind-fuck to play. Maybe when he's older....
