Yeah MS didnt get back to them... I cannot blame them with going with Sony when they are being supported.

so why was the already annouced pc verison no longer coming out?

it is, they are just focusing their resources on what they think is the best platform for them. which is playstation. then they will do other platforms, they even signed up with nintendo so if they decide to bring the game to WiiU/3DS they can.
