Drugs can be done anywhere. The original ideas was to have a place where everything was bartered and every free spirit and hippy could do what they want. There is tons of events/music and basically no Christians. You are encorged to go naked and ignore gender rules. It basically slams the conventional in face saying fuck you. If you sky dive in you get in for free. Good stuff.
