I'm planning to, however, I must admit that the first Amnesia did not scare me. (It did, however, make me nervous in some sequences!)

Then it's not the games it's you, you lack the nerve/emotion to be scared/spooked, you can take that as a good or bad thing, I am the same most "scary things" bore me, but amnesia was fun because it is intense.

looking forward to the game besides gta this is the only other announced game that im looking foward to, its got that old school resident evil look written all over it and with SM behind it, it shouldn't disappoint just hope this footage is from current gen or really old builds
