So obviously Sony wasn't able to put a TON of horsepower in the PS3 compared to the competition despite having a $600 system for reasons we all know.  However the PS3 is on its way to perhaps 100m sales.  My question here is...what if they had put $600 worth of tech into the PS4.  Could they have a 3tf GPU?  8gb system RAM with 4GB dedicated for graphics?  A better CPU?  All of the above?  Obviously I'm no tech expert so I'm asking the supposed (as far as I know) tech experts.  For you PC guys that say how outdated PS4 tech will be or is already would you have preferred if they had gone with the "start high, sell to mass public later" mentality?

They could have had two GPU's! Think of the possibilities...

A PS3 with 2 GPUs and a Kinect :O

They might also have voice commands, and more ram!

PS4 Camera is selling for 60$ so it's probably less than 30$ for them to toss it in the package. That's still 170$ for just spec buffs.

If they would have bundled it like Kinect I'm saying that PS4 would be $450 and they'd take a little profit just because it's a round number that still undercuts the competition.

they could have ended the entire cloud in the PS4!!!

They could have included two Titan grade DGPUs along with the APU, and 128MB of SDRAM of course!! Raising the theoretical performance of the PS4 to something like 10 TFLOPS !!!! 

I mean, what else?
