Someone has access to an Xbox One, and has posted the above video which takes a closer – and less PR fuelled – look at the Xbox One’s Dashboard, which resembles Windows 8′s tiles very much, as well as a quick look at Ryse.

I must admit, that controller looks really comfortable, though I’m not convinced the Dashboard is that great. There’s no way this is a fake, which raises the question of how he got the console so long before release.

What is odd is the fact that the game doesn’t pause when you go out to the Dashboard, instead minimising into a smaller window while still playing.

Wow he showed his face...Why would he do that lol. Looks like you get massive FPS drops when you switch back into the game but hopefully that will be fixed.

This leak really didn't show us anything new. I love Xbox UI's though.

It reminds me a lot of windows 8 and how you can scroll left to right.

Weird that the game doesn't pause. Maybe it's like on PS3 (most games) and only in gameplay it pauses.

The controller looks great. The interface though, I'm not liking it. But how did he get the xbox one? I imagine Microsoft will go hunt him down just like they did with the leaked Halo game

I hope they change it so when you dash the game pauses.

Interesting watching the hypervisor at work. Seems like it lags a little after he presses the home button.
