Wii U sells poorly because it currently has a weak software lineup but that's beside the point. You once again failed to grasp what I was saying so let's try a different approach:

Don't you think that's the point? I personally don't care. But what people thinks, yeah. Bussiness will push the differences so that one outshines the other. Marketing. That's the point.

Each system will be programmed to its strengths as per the current gen, where we see 360 exclusives tend to take advantage of more GPU power to provide greater draw distance, and the PS3 tends to provide some great post-effects via the CPU power along with great assets due to larger storage media.

it matters since alot of the big selling games are multi plat, if a console is going to cost a substantial amount more than the other then that said console should display graphics equal or above the other ei. big games of last gen COD, RDR, GTA, on PS3 werent up to par with the cheaper 360. this could be the case again this gen as of now the XB1 is more expensive system of the two

i dont see it being as pointless as it was last gen b/c the notion is that XB1 is graphically weaker so if multiplats end up worse on XB1 it wont really matter b/c no time was wasted hyping up the consoles graphical abilities prior to launch as was with last gens PS3. now if the PS4 ends up with inferior multiplats and or 1st party's not looking much better than XB1s 1st party's then all this 1.8TFLOPS GDDR5 PS4 iz teh bezt stuff we've been hearing will have been pointless

Sadly, in more ways than one it seems.

In the end it is all about playing Call of duty, Mario Kart, Zelda, Halo and the next naugthy dog game.

The games are the meat of a console. Put all the innovations you want, as long as the game is fun compelling and has good value I will gladly play it.

Games sell systems, I can't think of anyone who buys a console and not play games.

to answer your question(easily).that will be the ps4,i want great playing games with great graphics... i want both,,i feel ps4 will give me that more often.... and i cant play ps4 exclusives on a pc,or else i'd get a p.c with a fuggin titan.. these type of moral threads(if you wanna call it that) pop up all the time.. face it,ppl have agendas in the gaming world,ppl have favorite systems,favorite dev teams,favorite type of game genres,and these fans support/defend them like its their favorite sports team.. at the end of the day its not really important and its not hurting anyone if their passionate about a specific system. these type of threads will never stop it. again,its just video games, dont take their passion/obsession so serious. there should be a thread about ppl who report others because their so f-en sensitive you said something bad about their game/system of choice.. cop callers

It is indeed a pointless fight because the PS4 is proven to be more powerful.

Just some MS fans are in denial, hence all the threads.
