Viva Pinata, new hardware should allow for bigger gardens and more species on screen at once.
Similar reasoning for Halo Wars 2.
Both would benefit from enhanced Kinect as well.

Halo 5 Open World would be amazing. Wasn't the first Halo meant to be Open World at first?
Fighters and beat 'em ups.

Ninety-Nine Nights, maybe they'll be able to get 1 billion troops on screen.

Definitely Final Fantasy. Say what you want about SE or F13, Final Fantasy has always been a very ambitious series. We know FF13 had a lot cut because of the limitations of the current gen, so I have no doubt FF15 is going to be mind blowing. Plus Nomura is heading it, which reassures my beliefs even more.

Pretty much any FPS. Look at Killzone: Shadowfall. Suddenly they can have the gorgeous visuals, lots of enemies, AND a relatively open map. No more having to choose. No more corridors simply because there isn't enough memory.
I always think about the Dishonored interview, where they were talking about having to chop levels down and cut out AI just to get things working on consoles. How many games were damaged because of that?
What I really want is a next gen Fallout on a good engine. That has the potential to be amazing, I think.

God of War.
More on-screen enemies, bigger bosses, bigger environments, more realistic animations, even more batshit crazy set-pieces and more detailed breasts.

GoW is my favorite franchise, but i hope they dont make a new one. the story is done. its finished, i dont want to see it milked.

God of War. Have you seen the scale in GoW 3? Imagine what they can do on the PS4

Plus they also have 60 FPS which is a big plus, especially for FPS games.
