I don't really see the big deal. I can future tablets (as in actual tablets like Microsoft's Surface line) having an app that lets you display a console video signal on your tablet screen and play off it if you wish.

Looks really great. If it works better than PS4 remote play, I'll be mad!!

Hope Nintendo get their feet on the ground and start checking what their fans and partners want from them.
I can't stand that Gamespot is printing their most demanded games not them and remain inflexible to market change.

Depends on how much feedback lag there is. The original concept was that Nintendo purchased a patent for the WiiU gamepad that eliminated most lag through the use of broad banded wireless channels and more effective protocols.

That wont be as easy (if not, impossible) to do across standards such as WiFi and bluetooth, which are generally hindered by layers of networking protocol.
