It's not like gt6 and beyong are going to move consoles.... espeically with the ps4 releasing.

No. I thought he was talking about VGC.

Which are estimates that could easily be off either way given Sony hasn't updated LTD for 18+ months. But I digress, it all depends on bundles/price this holiday and MS are notoriously stringy, should have cut 360 baseline price ages ago but haven't.
2 things about this thread make me laugh
1: Not so long ago, the question was always the other way around (i.e can the ps3 catch the 360) and the answer on here was always a resounding no.
2: it seems awfully convenient that the sales from the current gen magically don't matter anymore.

Yes and?? GT5 came out on ps3, all the people who would buy a ps3 for it already did.

That logic makes no sense, that would mean console sales would not increase when any exclsuive sequels come out. I guess PS3 sales stayed the same when Uncharted 2 and 3 came out...

They better have a better deal than that, last black friday I got the 250gb super slim with 4 games and a month of Plus for $199

No. When the 360 has had fantastic holiday success, it was usually on the heels of a major exclusive. That's not happening this year.

oh I'm sure there'll be all kinds of great deals on Black Friday, but I'm talking Holidays around the world in general, USA isn't the world and PS3 is kicking all kinds of ass in Europe and will be entering some very attractive price ranges for many developing countries too.
