just make an account of the region the game is set at. if its a Japan region game just make a Japan account. or is the game locked due to hardware?
Wait wait wait....you think Obama is responsible for this? Cause...he's not. PS3 isn't region locked at all but it has nothing to do with Obama in the least bit. The government doesn't control this at all.

I bought it digitally using my US psn account and it doesn't work on my UK PS3, It's the only fully region locked game on ps3 how lucky can I get?
Atlus knows their fans are importers, that is such a dick move, they didn't even mention this on the cover...
Congratulations, you bought the only region locked game on PS3 (a game that is now available to purchase in all regions :P)

Yeah screw Microsoft and ryse for making PS3 go region locked on persona 4 arena, dem damn greedy bastards.
Atlus was just practicing up their region locking skillz in preparation for Persona 5 as a Wii U exclusive.
