Diablo 3 on console is one of the best co-op games money can buy. It swings smoothly from easygoing to intense, with perfectly paced pockets of downtime, and is capable of swallowing entire evenings in a single, voracious gulp. It's a Lego game for loot-hungry grown-ups and it gets better with every player you add. If you have co-op partners who would also enjoy it, this version is an essential purchase. If you don't, it's still easier to recommend than the PC game; almost as slick, even more flexible and usable and without that troublesome always online requirement.

Diablo 3 is a bold, bloody, opulent romp built around a ruthlessly simple distillation of action role-playing. It's perfectly comfortable in its new home on consoles, and so is Blizzard.

The game is really good and better than PC version... I hope the enhencments patch come to PC soon.

Thank god I didnt purchased the PC version. Offline gameplay and co op is a nice touch. I will pick it up with GTA V.

Did you read the reviews? I played the PC version and almost all issues has been fixed... PC needs a patch to get the consoles updates/fixes because I prefer for this game Mouse/Keyboard over controller.

I will wait the PS4 version to play for trophies while that I can play the PC version if the patch come (please Blizzard).

I'm not a big strategy gamer, other than Civ I'm not really interested in the genre. The announcement of Diablo III for consoles did surprise me, especially the loads of advertising for a port. Do console gamers buy strategy games? Plus, the controller has to be an impediment when playing Diablo III, although I know you don't need a Starcraft-worthy APM to compete. What am I missing here?
