Always knew which products were sitting there on shelves. They always had dates on games for when they could be released.

3 months is a stretch, but chat reps may know more than warehouse workers. 1 month not surprising at all. 24 hours is inept.

It's not inept to think an Amazon rep doesn't know the Xbox One release date before it's been released when there is no reason Amazon needs to know before consumers. They're likely not told in fact, case in point is this shenice woman who even whilst probably wrong can't keep her trap shut.
