Wrong, I worked for an Amazon.com warehouse back in high school.

Always knew which products were sitting there on shelves. They always had dates on games for when they could be released.

3 months is a stretch, but chat reps may know more than warehouse workers. 1 month not surprising at all. 24 hours is inept.
