No, you can question God and not sin. Job did so and the Bible clearly states that Job did not sin even during the worst of his trials. Also note that Job never got an answer from God when he did question him.

Yes, but if your parents are doing what is best for you (aka. loving you as themselves) there is no reason to question their judgment. You are instructed to honor your parents, not to never question their decisions.
