Which will sell better? According to this site, Viewtiful Joe sold .38 in NA, .10 in Europe, .12 in Japan and .02 in others for a total of .62 worldwide. Can Wonderful 101 surpass these sales?

I really really hope Wonderful 101 can pass 1 million but thats just wishful thinking. I think it can sell 700-800k lifetime.

Didn't joe come out on multiple consoles? Not sure about 101, since it flopped in japan. Theres still hope in NA though. Europe, not sure. Combined that with the small install base of the wii u too. Still, if it has legs it might.

VJ came out on gamecube first and Ps2 much later. If it had a simultaneous release it could have sold twice as much on the Ps2 alone.

Having 30,000 copies available at launch doesn't mean flop. For all we know it might sell all of them.

We will never really know unless Nintendo will release its total digital sales sometime in the future.
