Nintendo start taking some notes! This is how you evolve a 2D franchise, not just by rehashing things you've already done.
Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

I don't give a rat's ass, either, my post wasn't even about that. Even if you didn't think that I'd made a reasonable assumption, you could have shown some class and said so in a nice way. Instead, you decide to be a jerk about it just because I didn't add a "probably" in there.

Would have bought it in February. Now there are too many first-party Nintendo games and GTA V I've still to buy , I don't think I'll have the budget for this one until some time 2014 :(
(This is not me still being angry over the delay btw, just too many games with a higher priority than Rayman)

Even if you had both the time and money to get Rayman Legends, you still shouldn't get it at launch. This is classic bargain bin material; there's no reason to assume that this game will sell, so it will drop in price quickly. Don't repeat the mistake I made with Origins. |
I agree. Picked up Origins for the Wii for a mere £11 just 2 months after release.
i didnt know it didnt have online dat sucks. online in platformers should be mandatory

Not sure if serious...

Check out the Rayman Legends Challenge App on Wii U, it's a hybrid demo/daily leaderboard and showcases the game quite nicely.
Plus, the controls are improved from Origins. For some unexplicable reason, pressing the attack button while holding the run trigger had you performing your lunge attack (usually resulting in you falling off a platform to your death). Thankfully they fixed this in Legends. That odd control choice sent me off the rocker (and off the platforms) more often than I intended. @_@
There still seems to be some moments of poor level design where it's more trial and error than actual solid platform design (at least, the leaderboard stages had these from time to time, but of course they're going to have less thought put into them than the actual Legends stages). But I'm curious to see how the actual game shapes up.
