I already have one but I play my PS2 more, my PS3 is catching a lot of dust because I don't have money to buy Tales of Xillia and the games I have (Uncharted, Uncharted 2 and Assassin's Creed) got me bored really fast and I don't play them anymore XD

I wanted one for Versus XIII, but more as a wishful thinking than a real prospect. Now FFXV (V XIII) lost my interest.

If ever get one, the ones I'm more interested are:
Demon/Dark Souls
Dark Souls 2
Tomb Raider 2013

My first console was the PS1 but none of my friends had one so it gathered dust because I didn't know what games to buy for it. After that I pretty much went Nintendo only until 2008 when I was saving up for a Xbox 360. There was a lot of Sony hate at the time and I only knew a handful of people with a PS3 so I jumped on the bandwagon even though I never played a PS3.

About a year went by and I got a PS2 because I missed out on a bunch of great titles for it and later I went to go get some PS1 games I missed out too. A couple of my close friends who didn't have a 7th gen console yet went off to buy a PS3 and so I made the switch too. I also picked up a PSP and later a PSV and now looking forward to the PS4.

I will always be a Nintendo gamer at heart but Sony has become more and more of a close second.

Well, I borrowed my cousins PS3 for a while. It didn't made me want to get one though.

No, never owned a PS but it is not impossible that I will own one in the future. The style of PS and actually the controller, has never gotten to me. I do, however, envy PS fans for having Naughty Dog on their favourite console, not for the Uncharted games but rather The Last of Us which looks awesome. And they are the creators of Rings of Power after all :).

The only reason I bought a PS3 are the exclusives the other two systems - which I also own - never got. Sony gets them as exclusives for reasons I'll never understand (some Tales games, Ni No Kuni, Valkyria Chronicles for example). The 1st party games though were not the reason I bought a PS3, most of them don't interest me in the slightest.

Actually only recently I have started to get interested in acquiring PS1 and PS2, so I am a few years late :). Maybe my interest will grow if I have the old games. I will, however, never own a Nintendo console, that is out of the question :).

I like all 3 of the companies and own or have owned all current gen consoles, including portables, except WiiU. I can say firsthand, that the exclusives alone are reason enough to get a PS3.  Tales of, Dead Nation, Resistance series, and Infamous series are all spectacular.  The Last of Us and Uncharted 2 should be experienced by anyone who considers themselves a fan of the gaming hobby.

The only reason I want to buy a PS3 is TLoU, but since I'm saving for next-gen it's a no-can-do.
