Coz windows phone doing good could be the definition of Nsanity.
You have to buy Nokia phone for the maps alone.
If you buy Lumia 520 which only cost something around ~$150. You'll get the full Nokia Here program. The greatest service you'll find in any smartphone.

They are not really popular in Ecuador, in fact, they just recently started selling them. I think it's just a matter of time before they expand here too! Nokia is a pretty strong brand.
What is number 1 and 3 anyway?

If you actually read the article your 25.6% is only for Columbia, not Latin America as a whole.
And on the global spectrum, it's around 5-6%.

I don't know. I didn't read the article.
But I think #1 will be Android and #3 will be iPhone. Windows Phone became the second because of the good cheap phones Nokia produce.
Nokia has the best cheap smartphones. They work really well and work better than the Androids that have the same price.
