People who made a kickstarter project are actually making a proper dungeon keepr sequel.

Holy shit that is terrible news!

I don't really care because the IP's been dead forever.

However it seems a bit weird when theres a game that's called "Dungeon Keeper" that's been successful, so it might make this game seem like a rip-off to the average consumer. Using a dormant IP for mobile games where the original game wasn't that popular in the first place is weird (like this or breath of fire). They should just create a new IP.

It's got the Cartoony look Blizzards been using from their 2D gritty campy kind of thing.

The platform choice is fine, but I dislike the new art style. Christ the horned guy looks like he's straight out of a porno lol!

Terrible for its former PC standard, but pretty good for mobile one. Alas my smartphone's small screen makes enjoyable only some driving games and little else.

I was making a thread about Bullfrog a while back, listing what'd happened to their IP's since they were shut. Was kinda interested, shame I deleted it by accident.

Anyway, this is miles better than the previous rumors I'd heard about Dungeon Keeper - a bloody MMO. Also better than a Syndicate FPS.

Still not what I want - but War for the Overworld should be scratching that itch.

@bolded: Might as well let that glorious series die in peace...

I can accept what Bethesda did with Fallout 3, it's very different from the original, but it still keeps some of its important aspects and it's not dumbed down, but turning Syndicate into a FPS is really dumbing it down in an unforgivable way and throwing everything good it had in the loo.
