My bad.. I thought he talked about a chinese game. Didn't pay enough attention after a while (the camerawork was annoying as hell, the main spealer was horrible to watch. Show content was good, presentation/presenters were mostly horrible).

You have to remember that this conference was specifically aimed at the European market where Netflix isn't available everywhere(Only UK, Ireland and the Nordics). Hulu isn't available in Europe at all That is why they didn't spend time on them.
Shadow of the Beast thats all I needed to be happy, Though I do agree with the whole indie thing lol seems like sonys gone all out on indie support......Maybe a little too hard out.
The problem with this Gamescom was the fact that Sony was hyping it all to hell. They were hyping both the PS4 and Vita to have a ton of great games, yet other than Borderlands 2 they didn't show anything but cheap indie games. Indie games can be good, but if they're hyping it up as much as they are, I expect a couple retail releases atleast.
They gave of us all this hope that they were going to show off a lot of stuff, especially for the Vita when what's his name was like, tell us what Vita games you want to get localized etc and just wait for Gamescom for great new Vita titles, only to find out at Gamescom all that hype was nothing more than false hope.
I would have rather had Sony not even have a presentation than have all that build up and then not deliver on the assumptions they themselves filled in our heads.
I didn't watch the conference but I am reading it was virtually nothing but indie games. Interesting to see how some people here will suddenly view indie games next gen now that Sony is putting forth the effort MS had this gen ;) Will have to check them out, hope they look good.
So someone recap for me... no new "AAA" PS4 games? No unknown launch titles?
GamesCom was disappointing.
Playstation = The Beast from the East

Sony + Nintendo = WIN! PS3 + PSV + PS4 + Wii U + 3DS
The Conference was really dissapointing. They didn't show any new AAA IP for the PS4, which is very dissapointing since Microsoft announced Fable: Legends, and if we look in retrospective in E3, Sony showed only one IP (The Order) while Xbox One recieved tons of them.
I really expected more games to be announced, but instead we got a bunch of Indie Games, which is not bad, but Indies (and F2P games) are supposed to be complementary games in a console. And the worst of all is that the best indies that were announced, were only teased. I mean a teaser trailer doesn't tell anything. I got very interested in Shadow of the Beast, Rime and Everybody's gone to the Rapture, but I don't know how they really look.
Oh and the Vita, God that was awful. They said that they have 7 exclusives to announce, but they only showed another indie (Murasaki Baby which looks good. It looks like Dokuro), a crappy game (Big Best), and I bet that Playstation Vita Pets (another shitty game) is included in that list. I really hope that those other 4 games are some good AAA HD games, because I didn't buy a powerful machine like the Vita to play those kind of games. I really hope the other games are Gravity Rush 2, Socom Fireteam Bravo 4, Patapon 4, and stuff like that.
