Sadly, it's part of Kinect Sports Rivals and not a full blown jet ski game on its own, but it pretty much looks like a next-gen Wave Race.
It's 12 seconds in, but it looks nice. Now I'm depressed.

Sucks that its all on rails but at least the sensor is more powerful.
