Some Good News

Some new abilities of various Pokémon have been made clear.

→Litleo has the Unnerve ability
→Helioptile has the Dry Skin ability
→Sylveon has the Cute Charm ability

→To Mega Evolve, you hit a "Mega Evolution" button on the battle screen. You can still attack in the same turn.

→Fennekin can learn Psybeam.

→Friendliness, Hunger, and Play are three of Pokemon Amie's stats. The food used in Pokemon Amie is called Pofule.

→You now run by default.

⇒We attempted to make Gabite use a dragon move on Sylveon by switching out but so far it only seems to know Rollout and Sand Tomb!
⇒The professor has theme music
⇒Pikachu and Mewtwo’s crys have both changed
⇒The music playing when battling the professor is normal trainer battle music
⇒Dedenne can use Double Slap
⇒The Gym Leader Battle music is personally composed by Mr.Masuda like the originals!

The fact that the Mega Evo is not mandatory in the fight should mean that a pokémon's playstyle may change with the Mega Evo, not just his stats. For instance, Blaziken can go from a physical pokemon ta special one, if that's the case, the metagame will be pretty chaotic!

well we have options so technically you can have all pokemon revealed on your team with their megastones, but you choose wen they take over that form, and you can ony do it once per battle. but you waste item slots if all your pokemon have megastones. If yoy see a mawile in competitive yu kno for a fact it got the megastone, while blaziken it could go either way! Oh yea, mawile will be Over powered. Intimidate then Mega Evo= best pshyical wall
