Thinking about getting the PS Vita? Now may be your chance, as Target is set to cut the price of the Vita to $200 in the US for a limited time.

The regular Vita is usually $249, and the 3G Vita is usually $299, but they’re both being dropped to $200. Now here’s the one reason you might want to hold off – the in-store promotion runs from August 18th to August 24th, so you might as well wait until Sony’s August 20th gamescom press conference to see if the company officially cuts the price across the board. (Or announces the PS4/Vita bundle)

Target will have their PS Vita systems on sale for $199.99 starting on Sunday. It doesn’t say it’s excluded, so when The Walking Dead 3g/Wi-FI Bundle goes on sale Tuesday, it should be available for that $199.99, though it’s worth giving them a call when the deal starts to make sure.

Also at KMart, their flyer is advertising the 12gb PS3 for $199.99, which will go on sale this Sunday.

$199 is a good base price for both of them, I think its very possible for both to get an official price cut at Gamescon.

I got my 250gb PS3 w/Uncharted 1+2, Infamous 1+2 and a month of PS+, last black friday for $199. Such a badass deal.

If I didn't just get a Wii U then I would get the Vita at that price, pretty good deal.

I hate you for that deal, now it is nowhere to be found and I only can buy a used one for 280$.. 

I got my first job during this summer and I could luckily save up to 400$ now I don't know what to buy, too many choices not enough moniez.

Well I'd hate to buy a Vita now for 200 and find out I would've saved 100 bucks if the PS4 and Vita bundle rumors are true.

Ya that would suck, but for people not looking to buy a PS4 anytime soon then a $199 Vita is a nice deal, especially if it comes with a memory card and PS+.

Damn where r u from where it costs that much used? Here the 250gb is $269 and comes with Uncharted 3 or $299 for the 500gb and Assassins Creed 3.
