In order for it to be achieved, Wii has to constantly outsell the combined sales of the PS3 and 360, which this week it did without Japan.

Wii was not achieving this during the holiday season, but it is now, so those of you whom post your 'Wii is declining' threads (You know who you are) If Wii is declining yet it's still outselling the combined PS3 and 360 sales without Japanese sales, then I guess that really doesn't say much for the competitors.

When do you propose it happens?

lol, like I said in the other topic, they have to do it early and fast, GTA wil need to be delayed, and they will have to pull it off by Xmas, or it will never happen.

It definitely could happen. The more it outsells the combined ps360 takes it one step closer to the 50%. I don't know if it will happen this year but I will go out on a limb and say by august Wii will be 50%.

The PS2 had something like a 74% marketshare. There are some key differences between this generation and the last one but who knows maybe the Wii will do that well.
