Plan on buying every multiplat on the PS4

Every multiplat I will buy on the PS4, it has enough power to make a significant difference in the game, be it better graphics, physics, resolution, performance, more players in multi like in the BF4 case, and for me that's worth it.

Next gen I want solid frame rates and possibly better resolution on Watch Dogs, AC4, BF4, and Destiny

Next-gen. When MGS5 launches is when I buy a PS4.

IF it goes on PS4, it would be the first MGS game to be on 2 different generations, that wasn't a remake or HD version.

Isn't this obvious? If people have a next-gen system (aside from WiiU) they'll get multiplats on that. If not, obviously they'll get it on their current gen system. However owning a PS4 won't stop people from getting games only on PS3. Same with Xbox.

PS3 exclusives will keep me busy until the PS4 comes out, so I can wait a bit longer for them

Next gen, but I won't be buying a PS4 at launch.

By the time Metal Gear Solid 5 hits I should have one, though, and that would be the first "current + next gen" title that I really want, unless something else gets announced between now and then.

Possibly Need for Speed Rivals depending on how it turns out, but I think I can wait on that one.

Which bit of it? The Phantom Pain or Ground Zeros?

I don't really know what's been going on with that game really, I haven't been following it too closely.

I thought it was in two separate parts but they were releasing it together, no?
