I would say 3DS. You have things like Tales for a lengthy story, but Mario Kart for quick fire fun.

Well i have just started it, although i'm thinking off switching to zelda

I have had it for over a year, and yet to open nor play it, and i have yet to play the original on the n64, which is strange because i grew up with that system aha

Are we talking about Tales here? It is a damn good game and perfect for a long journey.

In addition, I should add I had a 5 hour trip with my Vita, and found myself tired of it after an hour. I'd already played through the games, and nothing drew me back in. That's where something like Mario Kart, and even Mario and Zelda, shine. Portable Nintendo games just have far more replay ability and a factor that keeps you interested when needed.

And don't even get me started on Pokemon!

As you can tell from my avy, i'm quite a fan off pokemon myself aha

It's pretty much the reason why i will always get a nintendo handheld, even if i dislike it :P

Anywhoo, You're kind off tipping me to the 3ds side right now, Playing xillia right now is hyping me to finish my abyss playthrough :P

So.. what happens if you bring both? who makes those rules that you can only bring one?

*if its your gf and she refuses sexy time then I understand

Because i cant have 2 systems with me, whenever i play my 3ds i tend to look at my vita and feel like i'm missing out, so i usually spend my time just switching through each handheld, that's why i have to bring 1, so i don't have to deal with that for the whole time ahaa

Ah yes, I recently got Xillia and Graces F, I do love that series! And when I finally found Abyss for the 3DS, I think my brother and I played it for about 110 hours in a week!

And who isn't a Pokemon fan anyway? I know so, so many people who are gonna get a 3DS for X and Y alone

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

I'd play Resident Evil 3 on Vita. Hands down.

How can you pick one? Why not both? But seriously, i wouldn't be able to choose. You have games like Animal Crossing, Mario and Zelda on 3DS/ DS but games like Persona, GTA and Final Fantasy on PS vita/ PSP along others. You can't go wrong either way. It's a shame battery life on both handhelds are equally bad otherwise it would be easier to choose one over the other.

Xbox Series, PS5 and Switch (+ Many Retro Consoles)

Prediction: Switch 2 will outsell the PS5 by 2030

this is simple. find a game you havent played, take that console and beat it. thats 1 down and way to many in the backlog to go

If you like action games and haven't played GTA, Monster Hunter and God of War than take the Vita. If you like RPG's and mario then 3DS is the best choice.

jsut take both, stand your ground lol

So there's no lengthy story or quick fire fun games on the Vita?

PS Vita games look more appealing to play. (Personally for me that is)

RIP

OT: Take whichever system has the games you want to play. Only other thing you should consider is battery life which varies between games.

Why not take both? This is a real first world problem you have here.
