1.) Animal Crossing: New Leaf: 140 hours (Don't judge me!!)
2.) Mario Kart 7: 110:00 (Hell yeah Multiplayer online!)
3.) Fire Emblem: Awakening: 95 hours (Well i let my cousin play it)
4.) Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time: 87 Hours (Master Quest is finished too!)
5.) Colors! 3D: 84 hours ( i like drawing!)
6.) Dead or Alive: Dimensions: 62 hours
7.) Swapnote: 44 hours (LOL i dont know why.)
8.) Kingdom Hearts 3D: 34 heures
9.) Link's Awakening: 22 hours
10:) Pokemon Black 2: 11 hours (i played this mostly on my DS)

My top three are fire emblem, animal crossing, and shin megami tensei 4. Weird how all mine are from this year even though I had my 3ds since day one.

I'd have to say Super Mario 3D Land and Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon. I guess I also played Kid Icarus Uprising quite a bit, too.
