people who request a CoD soldier as character for SSB4 should be banned from miiverse lol.

wouldnt that be redundant? I dont want another Fox/Falco/Wolf scenario. At least Capcom has the decency to have their shotos play somewhat differently from each other despite them all doing the same martial art.



DK+Diddy kong play completelydifferent, Dixie Kong has very similar body structure as Diddy Kong doesn't necessarily mean same moveset!

he's right though, you can only name 1 person, also both game creators are good friends and i believe MGS debuted on Nintendo, like how Megaman (but he was alot more) started on NES


so what? how is the other two more than an insult? that makes no sense, its not about where you from but where you at. How much people even played that first(and terrible port) of MG on NES. prior to Brawl. their was some non canon game on GBC that no one played and a remake that again no one played(if the numbers here are accurate) 

Hell when AC4 debuts on WIi U there would have been just as much AC games as MG games on Ninty platforms. Rayman? Rayman has more history than Niny's own Pit. N64 got a game, GC got a game, Wii got a game and a few in the spinoff series, Wii u is getting one. Every portable from GBC to now has gotten at least one. IF thats not histroy i dont know what is.

Which oni already mentioned so that brings the total to at least 5 games on Nintendo systems (although I believe you misread the other 2 reference in his first sentence referring to the other two characters (Assassin Creed and Rayman)).

The stupidest choice of all. And to my terror, it's quite a popular choice so I hope they won't go thru with it (altho I doubt Sakurai is that stupid) Is Reggie being in smash. That's beyond retarded. I want video games characters in my video games, not a CEO only cause he got a few popular memes.

And as for Rayman, I was actually convinced he had a shot at Smash, untill Legends was delayed and went multiplat. I still think he has a slim chance, but really slim. He fits well and has alot of history on Ninty systems. And the relations between Ubi and Ninty went from ''great'' to ''good'' so it's still a better relationship than with Konami.

Snake's Revenge is not a MG game, thats straight from Kojima's mouth, replace that with the GBC game and you would be right. 

But thats still less than AC which as Altair Chronicles and 2 Discovery for DS, 3 for Wii U last year and 4 for Wii U later. That would be four games on Ninty platforms 1 more than MG so still struggling to see how that would be an insult

i think your taking wayyyy to far. Pointis snake got in, no other characters will. Megaman was an exception due to his popular first games all on NES. Sega has a good relationship with nintendo hence Sonic. Its ridiculous to say AC4 character and others have a chance to be in SSB4.

not saying they have a chance, i dont think they do, just struggling to see how they would be an insult. Hell Ezio showed up in the last SC anything is possible

Decided to look it up.  Looks like there's some truth to that.

Though this really does kind of get pedantic. He mostly doesn't want people calling it a fighting game because he feels that there are some things people automatically associate with "fighting games" that he feels is not at all in Smash Bros (and I agree), so he doesn't want people turned off about Smash Bros because it's a "fighting game."
