And, no, you can't say that anything in that old post was correct, if that were the case then the DS was probably "short circuited" about 5-6 times with the revisions it recieved and 3DS has already been short circuited a few times as well (you kept droning on about both Sony and MS leaving the console scene for years and you still don't have any new material). You correctly stated that the Wii would pass the 360 very quickly and that it would sell 20 million or more by year's end 2007, that's pretty much it. Practically every prediction since then has crashed horribly, your fans make it sound like you're right most of the time and had a couple of slight misses when the truth is that you were right a couple of times and have had a series of incredibly failed predictions.

Like I stated in a PM to another member; I wouldn't mind if you wrote a theory and posted some musings around a subject (the subject being Nintendo, obviously) but what I do mind is you stating everything as "truth" and facts, you label people as "non-believers" and other nonsense like some religious zealot and you started this thread because you were tired of all the doom talk while you yourself do nothing but post doom talk and have been for many years. It's always the same; everyone else is fucked and Nintendo will rise to the top and stay there and, quite frankly, it's getting old and will look more and more silly every time you post the same theory.

I'm quite sure you'll make an appearance in the 9th gen and have yet another go, and like now, you won't have changed your tactic one bit. I learned so much from the 7th gen, you apparently learned nothing.

The fact that you try to spin that into being somehow correct speaks volumes of the quality of your imminent reply, I expect nothing other than the same kind of rhetoric, spin, dodging and crazy justification/speculation.

I have been here a long time and I can tell you that this guy will go to the end of the world with nonsense before admitting he has a credibility problem. Most of his new fans in here probably have no idea about all the silly things he said years ago.

If you go to his profile and look at the threads he's started over the years, you can see some of it, you'll see the exact same as in this OP, theories built on hatred, wishes and immense leaps of faith. And back then, as now, he stated everything as truth and fact. In short; no one should take him seriously, he's done this exact thread and topic many times before and has never been close.

If you think this is bad, just wait until he postpones the revolution, starts talking about the fall and the next holiday, the incredible demise of Sony and MS before 2015 is up and some sort of wild rationalization as to why the holiday didn't go the way he stated as a fact and truth that it would. And, remember; it's always someone else's fault, Nintendo has nothing to do with this.

Took seven weeks to pass 750k.
October NPD was 81k
US 2008 was 862k
WW 2008 was 2.1m
Wii Music only achieved one month in the NPD top 10, November 2008.

Yeah it seems so. His posts are fun to read but they lack any logic whatsoever. Still, it's always fun to watch predictions fail. Especially the insane ones. 

I am imagining a text wall so large from John Lucas' next post that it will dwarf if not rival the Great Wall of China by comparison. PDF type stuff 0_0
