Forums - Nintendo - Pokemon X/Y jump on Top 100 on Amazon Charts After Huge Announcement!(Pre Announcement not Even Top 300)

Which Game You getting?

Pokemon X 18 29.03%

Pokemon Y 25 40.32%

Both Pokemon X+Y 15 24.19%

Total:58

With Pokemon's Scoop of the century, Pre Orders should boost up nicely. It was not even in the top 300 past week(i been checkin), and now as of this post made its way to....

#46 PokemonX

#37 Pokemon Y

Quite Good, every announcement before never pushed pokemon over top 100!

So could we see a nice boost on the pre order charts?

When the herd loses its way, the shepard must kill the bull that leads them astray.

Tbone thread? Tbone thread.

Incidentally, I checked amazon.jp before too and noticed there were 4 Vita games in the top 20 across 5 SKU's. "What a victory", I thought.

Then I reminded myself that Beyond: Two Souls sat on top of amazon.jp for a few days which confirmed how pointless short-term rankings are.

Good for Pokemon in any case. I'm sure it'll spend many weeks at the top. Just a friendly suggestion, but you might want to wait for that to occur before making your next thread on the matter.

edit:  Unless you're talking about amazon.com.  In which case, I've never monitored that before and have even less idea about how it works than amazon.jp!

i kno how amazon works, pokemon been added its not like it was just put on. I seen it was top 300 and with this news it jumped up very very high. Japan amazon is different from US imo. Its so much harder making top of US with all these items constantly staying up there. Non the less pre orders for pokemon should get a nice small boost from it and im here to state Mega Evo's had to do with pokemon moving way up the charts :)

i think tbone needs some therapy again :(

after his gambling addiction..... i thought everything will be better.

can somebody help tbone? am i the only one concern about him?

Somebody take the drugs away from this guy. Or at least he shouldn't be allowed to make threads anymore.

and why is that? Sometimes I wonder If you like to be annoying or maybe its just that your on drugs? If you cant stay on topic Then Just Shut up and dont post (Simple words "mind your own business" your not objected to post and bash in every thread)

I don't get it though. What's the benefit to preordering a game?

Because any kind of Amazon thread is pointless due to how their rankings work. If using Amazon charts killed kittens, I would be all for it. But the constant baby seal clobbering isn't fun to watch.

You are a cruel human being.

OT: Pokemon X/Y wasn't even in the Top 300 before? That's quite pathetic, actually.

at least it gets a good number of pre orders a week..... sort of lol. I was just pointing out that the one announcement pushed the games this high on the list

I wonder what the numbers were in reality.

I remember when the Wii U jumped 1232234342355698459834% on Amazon and then it ended up being just two consoles.
