I recently came back from a month long bann for calling the kinect crap, well its my opinion so why is it wrong to express your opinion?

this site seems to be uptight, so all im asking......was it a worthy bann or not? Vote please.....

Did you justify your claim or you simply said "Kinect is crap" in a thread about Microsoft games?

Whichever it is, a month is not justifiable... three days tops, say I.

As for your comment or thread I don't know since I haven't seen it. It can be considered flaiming, baiting, or trolling without giving a reasonable reason or stating it is your opinion.

The month probably comes from multiple bans.  not the reason.  Each ban you get increases the days you are banned.

What if he already has a record of bans? Every time you fall again you get a bigger punishment.

Yes, I have a long list of banns, but they where because of flaming Sony, now its a whole different ball game!

I wouldn't know the only time I were banned was when I asked for it.

It depends on your post history and the context of your comment. Was it a trolling or off-topic? Was it supported or just a drive-by flame?
