Well, if they want to increase it, they better get on it right now.  They have 3 and a half months tops to get on that. Assuming they've been waiting a month to announce this, that means the ps4 has about a 3 or 4 month manufacturing head start.

Microsoft has gone 180 on the majority of what the Xbone was supposed to be about. 12 GB of ram wouldnt even be closed to being used up by the end o the gen.

I'm quite sure that if Sony had started with 12GB you would have praised their vision and attention to gamers. But whatever.

Today was a interesting day because we have two "big" rumors becoming #DeadWrong in few hours... cool.

I didn't read all the posts but is this really suggesting that the XboxOne has no units fully fabricated? like they haven't finished and boxed one unit ready for sale yet? Because when they announced that the DRM was being removed by a downloaded firmware update that you install during setup that made it appear to me that there was already fully finished systems sitting in warehouses with the Drm loaded on them already. If this rumor was going to be true that means that Microsoft have found a way of downloading more Ram into each system with a firmware update?

what was the other rumor? I've been busy gaming and didn't hear it :D was the ps4 rumored to be FILLED WITH BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES?
