N64: Mario Tennis 64
DS: Mario Kart DS
Wii: SMG amazes me, but SSBB or Mario Kart Wii will probably be my favorite

Chronotrigger
I won't bother typing out lengthy justifications for my choice, I'll just encourage you all to play it.
Crusty VGchartz old timer who sporadically returns & posts. Let's debate nebulous shit and expand our perpectives. Or whatever.
Good list. Nice to see a lot of older games getting some love here, instead of assuming that because something is recent it must be better.
My favorite game, hands down, is Tetris. I've played it in some form continuously for the last 15 years. I've never gotten tired of the game, and I still play it pretty much every day. I'm current trying to break the official (Twin Galaxies) world record for the Gameboy version of Tetris. I've come within 7,000 points of doing so. It's going to happen soon. I can feel it. :)
End of 2008 totals: Wii 42m, 360 24m, PS3 18.5m (made Jan. 4, 2008)
Not saying it can't be thought of as a great game (or a favorite game), but I never understood the ff7 is the best game of all time deal. There's no real AI system, no real camera system, and the graphics have aged terribly.
My favorite game being secret of mana (snes).
Other than Secret of mana for me
i'm going to say
Pokemon
Gears of war
Half-life 2 (counter strike)
Super Mario world
