I think they can all be equal depending on how the person uses them. but i ask a second question. is it okay to use a slur or stereotype in a joke?

I understand that. The whole hatred against the Jewish people throughout most of history was uncalled for.

Well ... in those terms I'd say racial might take the lead (to some extent etnhic). I think homophobic slurs would trail. This is heavily dependent on the society, of course.
