Leave it to Romo to cost the Cowboys the game.

I knew this was going to happen. Romo blows the game yet again, great game played by both QB's but throwing a INT with 2 minutes to go trumps how well you played for 58 minutes.

Romo was the reason why the Cowboys had a chance at all. Even though the pick led to the end of the game, he still had one of the best games of his career, and a great game for a QB in general.
Losing Woodyard sucked, I hope he's back soon. Denver needs their big playmakers on defense, because holy crap did they struggle today.

Yeah but that doesn't even matter when you cost your team the game.

It does when he was the reason you were in the game in the first place.

Well, if that's how you see it, then you should start a petition to convince the Cowboys to get Josh Freeman and replace Romo. You've clearly lost your marbles. |
Romo is a great QB don't get me wrong he just ins't clutch and seems to make mistakes when games are on the line a lot. It happens every year. It's still early in the season and I believe Romo can get Dallas to the playoffs.

It goes the same way when he is the reason we lost the game.

Yes, a free point for everyone who didn't listen to you. Serves you right for rooting for the Bears. |
Who said I was rooting for the Bears? ;)

You are missing the point. Without Romo, the Cowboys are not in the game. The interception directly led to the loss, but he is the reason you were in a position to win at all. You can say that if the interception didn't happen, the Cowboys win. You could say that if Rahim Moore hadn't blown coverage against Baltimore in the playoffs, Denver would have won. But that's ignoring all of the other chances to make big plays that also didn't happen. The interception is the most visible play that led to the loss. But don't ignore all of the other ones that the Cowboys didn't make that contributed.
