I feel that it would be sensible to announce the game before the PS4 just to get people even more excited. M$ fans know that Halo is coming, why not let Sony fans know that new Naughty Dog games are coming and give us something concrete to get excited about!

Anyway, they won't show everything, but I would hope for more from the Order and inFamous in particular and then announcements of some weird stuff, Vita games and then the big guns from Santa Monica and Naughty Dog. 

Oh, then a release date! Perfect way to "gain momentum" in the months leading to launch (they can boost it even further with some crazy Japanese games at TGS)

I want them to bring back older franchises like Syphon Filter and the Getaway and others alongside some newer franchises. Also, don't ignore the Vita this time Sony
