Wow, WiiU is selling real bad...who cares just gimme games

Wow NSMU sold really well considering that only 3.3 million Wii U's sold. The top 10 will be completely different come this holiday when Wonderful 101, Wind Waker, Sonic, Wii party, Donkey Kong, and super mario 3d land come out.

It could be said that NSMBU is the proof that it's the (lack of) games that's preventing the sales of the Wii U.

Defiantly the lack of games, mostly the lack of any big Nintendo games is what is preventing from the Wii U to sell. When Nintendos big franchises release this holiday there will be a huge increase of sales. Im just worried that there might be another drought after the holidays. Im hopeing Mario Kart and Smash Bros come out early 2014 rather then late to help keep momentum for Wii U sales.

Mario Kart is confirmed for Spring so im guessing late March or April. I hope they space out the titles next year, I hope its something like this.

Smash Bros-Summer

Zelda/Wii Sports-Holiday

Then Yarn Yoshi, Bayonetta 2, X, SMTxFE and a few other unanounced exclusives like Kirby, Mario Party or Sonics 3rd game to be mixed in between the heavy hitters. Also hoping Wii U gets at least 50% of the major multiplats. To me that would be an excellent year.

That would be the most ideal situation and would certantly keep sales going through out the year escpecially if they can manage to get some big multiplats to fill in any gaps between big game releases.

why is there only 20 games in this chart while you are making a top 30 for the Vita ?

i have a 3ds chart to with top 50. I'll change it in time when there is more software with 100k. Im doing top 50 max for next gen. I'll probably do vita top 50 next year and so will wiiu
