Nope. The new cup you get after beating mirror mode is called the "all cup tour", which was simply racing the full 16 tracks in one cup... there were no new tracks in that cup.

When you say "old" ones you mean "updated classic" ones.

Just like in Brawl, the game just couldn't be as good as its predecessor without some of the classic maps, imo.
