Forums - Sony - The Last of Us multiplayer is remarkably fun.

Most unique MP of the generation. It encourages players to play different roles, not just kill or be killed. You actually earn more part/supplies by healing and reviving your teammates. Crafting and gifting also plays an important role since bombs, molotovs and the like can give your team the upper hand in you stock up on them fast. Playing strategically also pays off, marking enemies, setting nail bomb traps, distracting groups of enemies and sending a teammate to surprise them from behind. Then there's the balanced brought by many powerful weapons only being available as purchasables (which you need to allot in you loadout spending a good amount of skill points). It's very balanced overall and it always gives a fair chance to the group of players who aren't necessarily natural-born killer hotshots.

I love the MP in TLOU! I'm an avid UC3 MP player and I didn't like TLOU at first but now I play it religiously. The fact that you have to work up to having better boosters than the competition is cool. On Uncharted and Gears I can essentially start back at level 1 and still run through high level players.

i thought differently was a pain playing through both journeys to get the platinum

slow paced, lagy sluggish gameplay, pain to change throwing weapons and creating and gathering items

lol at being balanced how can it be balanced for everyone when armor and weapons can be modified mid game you cant go gun on gun and win with someone else if there gun is modified just once

buying stuff takes away from your parts, if you have less parts than you need after the match is done your clan can lose members, which would make you progress slower in rankings and unlock stuff slower. those who keep buying stuff wont progress through the ranks fast enough and those who do will, so they will have an advantage, its well balanced because you decide how to manage these stuff.

I really hope they add more maps, but this multiplayer is super addictive! I love helping out my teammates.

yeah helping out your team mates is actually the best way to get parts. i hate it when i play with a bad team and every one just goes in a different direction, people really need to understand that sticking together is the way to go

Definitely. I just got rewarded with a Jason looking mask and a bunch of caps and taunts. Time for a teabagging!

If you play bad I can see it getting boring because you have to wait for the next round ( I only play survivor) but otherwise it is awesome if you know what you are doing. Having a good team is also very important.

Note : Do not attack someone from behind who has a plank with a shiv on it without a shiv in your hand. I just got planted and I was one punch away from downing the guy. Always keep a shiv handy for stealth purposes.

incorrect my friend

"Supplies are in game. You earn them by picking them up off of falling enemies that you either killed or assisted on the kill. Also the number of parts you earn during a MP match (basically your score for everything you do in the match) is converted to supplies at the end of a match. These are converted regardless of whether or not you spend them on mid round upgrades or ammo so feel free to spend them all"

ooohh that makes things much more interesting for me

but still, if thats the case, then everybody can buy, it isnt limited to a certain part of people. so i dont really see the big deal
