That's nice of them. I remembered got this, Metroid Prime, and Soul Caliber 2 from a local game store called Game For Less for $9.99 each XD. It was some Christmas deal they had.

I like Wind Waker a lot (tie for my favorite with Skyward Sword) but $50 is a little too much. I think $30-40 would be a better price point.

I went ahead and pre-ordered. Ideally I'd like to pick it up on launch day at a retail store, but if it winds up being $60 in the store, I can suck it up and be patient in order to save ten bucks. Besides, I'll probably be busy playing Pokemon X/Y leading up to this game's release anyway, so I doubt I'd even notice a few extra days for it to arrive. :p And if it DOES wind up being $50 IN STORE then I can always just cancel my pre-order. Win/Win! Thanks again!

Why is it that Nintendo can but other publishers get bashed for doing it.
I don't care who the publisher is. Any single HD rerelease more than $30 is too high, more than $40 is a ripoff. Nintendo, like Capcom with Resident Evil Revelations is being greedy, and hopefully the game bombs atleast until the price drops $20 or more. Tells Nintendo to stop screwing their customers over with high prices, something that seems to be a Nintendo trademark.
$50 for an HD remake is more of a ripoff than SMT4 at $50. Both of them are bs prices screwing their fanbase. One is actually an original game though.

You seroiously don't believe that WWHD is on the same level as the console port of Resident Evil Revelations.
