According to Shuhei Yoshida, EU launch uncertain this year. This was from February, though.

People keep using "tier" is funny because it's a MS JP CEO talking about Xbox One for Japan only,and when 2ch discussing this news(Xbox One release at Japan in 2014),no one get "mad" or keep mocking about this word(tier),and yet some place like gaf keep thinking MS is racist or something

That poland site use "wave" for this news one month ago btw,it's likely most MS will use when they discuss launch countries since that news is about whole EU at least
