I really doubt the rumor is correct in this case though as Microsoft has been confirming the console's launch status in countries that it wouldn't have if this rumor had any truth to it.

The PS4 RAM allocation is confirmed false... well the allocation is true but the numbers in DF article are fake.

More sources from GAF....

- Rumors that Xbox One launch is pushed back to 2014 started popping up
- CVG Editor says they are not true and that the UK launch is still in november
- Belgian website has confirmation from (retail) source that the release is indeed pushed back to 2014 (for Belgium at least, but also Holland and Scandinavian countries are named)
- Delay is probably the result of translation issues for these specific countries

I live in Belgium and some anonymus Microsoft employees have said the same to a few journalists working for the site 4gamers.be No Xbox One in Belgium and the Netherlands either.

But this was already PS3/ PS4 territory.

I know that (the PS3/PS4 part) but Belgium and Netherlands were in the 21 countries supported at launch...

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States.

I can't see Brazil receiving the console and others countries not like I can't see US and UK not receiving the console at launch too.
